Your children are so cute! Isaiah is growing so fast.
I know, it seems like yesterday that we all were enjoying being together in the hospital waiting on him to be born. =) (I'm not sure that you were "enjoying" yourself, but you did great in hiding any pain you were having. =D) And we surely enjoyed getting to be with y'all last year for his 2nd birthday party. He's getting so big. He's a cutie! Looks like we needed to help him enjoy his cake...for it appears it might be a DQ icecream cake?! A Dickinson family FAVORITE! =)

I know he should not be 3 already!! So sad. I think we enjoyed the DQ icecream cake more than Isaiah did. He would keep telling us that it was cold..lol
So he really didn't eat much. I'm sure that will change soon.

The picture you sent us of Isaiah in his birthday suit standing at the kitchen sink doing dishes was SO CUTE. Here he was...on his birthday, in his birthday suit, having turned 3 that very day - and already doing the dishes. We loved it!
I think Isaiah was pondering his fleeting childhood, as he was sitting in Sophia's play seat.
Now Bethie! That was so very wicked of you standing in your laundry room, likely doubled over, while laughing at your poor son in the other room who was sucking the bitter medicine off his poor ol' nail-chewed fingers. I was appalled at your motherhood because of the way you laughed so hard over Isaiah's pain. Meanwhile, the picture in my mind's eye of you laughing so uproarishly all by yourself in your laundry room about made me double over with laughter just thinking of you!
I am happy you are enjoying your children. I think highly of mothers who are able to do that.
